How to Order -
Many customers ask if we have online ordering. We find that our customer's needs and requirements are quite variable, and that most customers have questions about their order. Accordingly, orders are taken by phone. We encourage you to call us anytime between 8:30 and 5:30 central time Monday through Friday to answer any questions you may have and take your order. We enjoy speaking with our customers and we feel that it helps us in our goal of providing excellence in customer service.
Orders may be placed by phone and paid for with credit card, personal or business check, bank check or postal money order. Please call to verify the exact amount of your order before sending a check. Note: personal checks take about a week to process. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards.

Guarantee Policy -
Our products are made and packaged with great care. If you receive any shipment in damaged condition please contact us immediately to ensure credit for the damage from UPS. Our products are guaranteed for three (3) years to be free of manufacturing defects. We accept no responsibility for damage resulting from use of any kind.
If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, you may return them within 7 days of receipt for a full refund – less 10% re-stocking fee. Refund does not include shipping costs from Flourish Company to you, nor the cost of return shipping.
Returns must be in clean and unused condition. No returns will be accepted without “Return Merchandise Authorization” Please call for return approval. This guarantee does not apply to custom work of any kind nor to any orders for flame-resistant fabrics or fabric products.
